Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the best possible care for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: No-show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be charged the full session fee. Late Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 4 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the session fee.
